Winner of the Property Bar Association's Essay Prize

I am absolutely delighted to announce that I have been named as the first-place winner of the Property Bar Association's Essay Prize competition! My essay will be published in the forthcoming issue of Estate's Gazette (EG), and I will be formally receiving my award this autumn from the Association's Honorary President, the Rt Hon the Master of the Rolls (whose judicial decisions feature in my prize-winning essay).  In addition to the cash prize, I am also honoured to be receiving a copy the invaluable practitioner's text Megarry & Wade, which is edited by inter alia, my own land law lecturer, Professor Dixon FRSA (whose work is also referenced in the winning essay).
